rapidly growing and successful electronic cigarette and e-liquid retailer with a very strong emphasis on quality and customer service which has led to our position as one of the leading e-cigarette companies in the UK. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced B2B sales and marketing executive with a proven track record to create new opportunities and grow this aspect of our business. Primary responsibilities include: Develop and implement a strategy to develop and grow our wholesale channel; Identify, contact and develop relationships with prospects via email, phone and written communication; Responding to wholesale enquiries in a timely manner; Explaining our philosophy and requirements to interested customers; Determining whether a potential customer is a good fit for us; Helping customers develop their sales and providing product support, literature and training as necessary; Developing and maintaining an extensive knowledge of electronic cigarettemarket, regulations andtechnology; Maintaining existing customer relationships and liaise with the marketing and graphic team to provide POS; Updating customers on new products via email newsletter, written communication and phone; Update the B2B business website via a content management system; Other marketing duties as necessary QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE Strong written and verbal communications skills Strong sales and customer service experience essential Proven track record in generating new business Ability to work in an independent, self-directed environment while demonstrating a willingness to take strategic direction and work as part of a team Attention to detail in all aspects of work A passion for small business, quality products and excellent customer service Strong computer skills Full clean driving licence Generous package including salary (to be negotiated depending on experience), commission and the potential for a performance-related bonus.
